Well-Child Visits

We appreciate you coming on time for your appointments. We work hard at adhering to the schedule and your promptness helps us serve you.

For well check ups we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time. If you more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time.

The care of sick children is a priority to us and may cause us to go over the allotted appointment time and may cause some delays in your appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Fees: There is a $25 no show fee for missed appointments. Kindly give us 24 hours notice for any appointment you cannot make.

Childhood is a time of rapid growth and change. Children have more well-child visits when they are younger. This is because development is faster during these years. Even if your child is healthy, well-child visits are a good time to focus on your child’s wellness. Talking about ways to improve care and prevent problems helps keep your child healthy.

3 years and yearly thereafter
